Implementation of Campus Network VPN Based on L2TP Over IPSec

This paper introduces the basic principle of L2TP and IPSec protocol,and analyses the secure problem for implementing VPN by L2TP,and puts forward a plan for secure tunneling technology combining L2TP and IPSec with IPSec to protect L2TP.and it also give a vpn instance base on the L2TP over IPSec protocol.
