Some Problems in Translating Titles of Sci-Tech Papers from Chinese into English

In order to make English titles of sci tech papers brief or concise,superflurous ,misused words and abbreviations in English titles of sci tech papers can be divided into some kinds of category,which make the titles so un concise that the readers can not read or understand quickly the titles.So,it is put forwards that the words should be revised or treated properly in different kinds of category with concret examples.
