Fundamentals and System Implementation of the Battle Damage Level Assessment Applied to Battle Damage Simulation System

This paper introduces a new method of BDLA (Battle Damage Level Assessment), based on the demand of BDLA in the Battle Damage Simulation System. This method adopts DMEA (Damage Mode and Effects Analysis) technique and has got ahead, considering all of the ingredients of influencing BDLA. The fundamentals of the BDLA applied to battle damage simulation are discussed. On this condition,we have designed BDLA System which has been already connected with Battle Damage Simulation System. It is satisfactorily established that this method is feasible and effective through the realizations of the BDLA system. In addition, this new method, which is mentioned in the paper, provides the foundation for further research of the BDLA method based on intelligence and its application to the Battle Damage Simulation System.
