According to the concrete situations and technical characteristics of engineering project management for Waigaoqiao Port Area container terminal, the headquarter management information network was established to collect and release timely, accurately and effectively engineering and management information,to support the management work of administrative personnel of all levels,assist dynamic management to engineering quality,procedure and investment for the administrative personnel of middle and high levels,promote standardization and systemization of working procedure, and realize a share of information and knowledge among the employees.
