Commercial bribe spread in some industry.It becomes hidden rules in some market.The thesis analyse the characteristic,happening and spreading of commercial bribe,analyses the question of the amount of commercial bribe's confirming and shifting on,economically,investigates negative effect of commercial bribe in order to make people recognized it clearly.
