In the paper,the security risk of computer teaching resource network is analyzed.In the light of security risk and principle of moderate security,an anti-risk protection system of multi-layer computer teaching resource network is designed.It has the character of high security,high availability,mobile office convenience,access control restrict,and confidentiality,ID authentication,undeniability.
