CIS/GPRS-based Online Remote Monitoring System for Cathodic Protection of Oil Pipeline

This paper introduces the application of GIS/GPRS-based online remote monitoring system for cathodic protection in WeiJing Oil Pipeline. The authors consider that this system is capable of realizing remote monitoring on cathodic protection system, transmit real protection information of cathodic protection system and improve the accuracy in data acquisition of cathodic protection.
