Frequency Characteristics Measuring Platform of Resonant Sensors

The resonant frequency and value Q of the resonant sensor can be obtained by calculating its frequency characteristic.The frequency characteristic measurement of the resonant sensor requires a platform that could measure a great number of resonant sensors.A universal frequency characteristics measuring platform is presented in this paper.A novel burst resonant frequency measuring method is also presented,that utilizes a chirp signal to excite the resonator.The free vibrating signal of the sensor is detected and the free vibrating frequency of the sensor just is the resonant frequency.
