The Use of XML Technology in Data Exchange

XM L is a simple standard method to mark text data, it has attributes of open, self-descriptive and cross-platform. So it is called the A SCII code on Web. To apply XML in each layer of E-government system can provide not only solutions of a series core problem in E-government, but also technical support of cross-operation with other field. This paper focus on how to put XML technology into use in data exchange system, and give some example about it.
