This paper proposes an algorithm to locate the uniform-rectilinear-motion source by observing the TDOAs and FDOAs among it and two moving receivers many a time in the presence of receiver location errors. The method uses a set of TDOA and FDOA equations observed at different times and locates the position of the source by adding the moving state restriction to its instantaneous position and velocity. The Cramer-Rao lower bound is derived and the algorithm is shown to be able to reach the CRLB accuracy when it converges. Monte Carlo simulations also corroborate the theoretical results.
