University trade union's role in campus cultural construction

In view of the university campus cultural construction,this thesis proposes that through many kinds of ways,the university trade union should fully arouse the enthusiasm of teaching staff and students,give free rein to the superiority of the trade union and play a role in the campus cultural construction according to its own job category.Through the elaboration of three aspects,such as the role of campus culture in the high quality students' training,the role of university trade union in campus cultural construction,the display of trade union superiority and the building of the outstanding campus culture,this thesis reaches the conclusion that the university trade union plays a promotive role in the university campus cultural construction.
