Research into Exploitation Model of Real Estimate Along Urban Rail Transit

The exploitation of real estimate along the urban rail transit has brought about more and more people's recognition as a sort of the financial method.Sum up the other cities' experiences and lessons,and provide four exploitation models.That is developing real estimate around the station,developing real estimate under lines,developing real estimate on the tunnel,and developing real estimate on the plane.Several models should be used unitedly and be made up flexibly.
