This paper introduces the state of incorporate supporting of navigation material information of foreign countries such as USA,UK,Japan and Russia,analyzes present problems in incorporate supporting of military and civil navigation material information,and studies the suggestions and countermeasures for military and civilian navigational material information from system construction,supporting content,technique innovation,and talent training.The paper will give an important guidance to construct the incorporate supporting system and promote supporting ability for military and civilian navigational material information.
