On the Copyright Collective Management System through a Case of Copyright Infringement

This paper analyzes the meaning of the full-text electronic database of journals and the copyright issues involved through an influential copyright infringement case.It explores the origin of the copyright collective management system and China' s legislation and implementation of the status of the status quo.Then it discusses on the collective copyright management organizations of the nature of the copyright holder of copyright collective management organizations and the relationship between the copyright collective management organization and implementation of management practices and other issues of external va-lidity.
