PLC Design of Full-Automated Plate Shearing Machine

The construction, fundamental and control features of shearing machine are analyzed entirely to implement high-efficiency, safe and au tomated control. Hardware circuits are simplified; control flexibility and funct ional expansibility are improved with Japan Panasonic FP1 PLC being mainframe. It was proved that PLC control system has the following advantages of high workin g reliability, operation safety, effectively control and good shearing quality.
