Extension of Rough Set Under Incomplete Information System

Now there are several extensions, such as tolerance relation, similarity relation, and limited tolerance relation. Unfortunately, these extensions have their own limitations. In this paper, a new extension of rough set is presented. Some main properties of the upper approximation and the lower approximation are generalized. By an example, it is verified that the new extension is more reasonable and effective.
