Research on an Online Charging Method Based on Customer's Service Usage

This paper analyses the related research work,and proposes an online charging method based on customer's service usage,which can be use in the assignment of customer's available service usage.According to the proposed method,the assigned service usage will fit customers' using habits closely,and it will effectively promote the online charging efficiency of Online Charging System(OCS).
