Design and Realization of B Time Code Repair Software in Universal Telemetry Data

The processing for B code(a kind of time code) is important in currency telemetry data processing.But the abnormal change occurred in B code could discard the correct data.When the signal is appeared abruptly or interrupted,the correctness of B code can't be guaranteed,so the professional software should be used to process B code.The current way of dealing with B code has some disadvantages.A new method of getting the relationship between frame count and B code by intelligent judgement,and then repairing B code according this relationship is introduced.The way of designing this software and its realization are proposed.The test proves that the software can effectively solve the problems.
