AGC Scheme for overcoming high PAR in Fast-fading Channel Environment in CMMB System

This paper provides a new method for Automatic Gain Control(AGC). According to mean power of the signal received in the multiple time-slot mobile multimedia broadcasting system, the gain control signal controls AGC circuit, thus to adjust mean power of the received signal to the prescribed limit. If the signal power is higher than the prescribed, the tuner’s gain is decreased, or otherwise, increased.
