The constitution technique of AUTO-inspecting system based on “3S”

There are two main disasters: natural disasters and engineering disasters. The fatalness of the disasters requires minimum monitoring cost and harm. So the main means are auto-inspecting and data auto-collection. Based on “3S”, the data auto-collection and the constitution of auto-inspecting system are discussed in this paper.
