Comparison and Application of Energy-saving Technology for Ethylene Storage System

Ethylene is one of the most important basic organic raw materials in petroleum chemical industry. Storage of ethylene usually adopts low pressure and cryogenic storage technology, so energy consumption of ethylene storage has greater impact on the running costs of ethylene storage. It was found that the application of energy-saving technologies can recover cold energy, and reduce energy consumption effectively from analyzed and compared energy consumption of different processes, which provide a reference for the application of energy saving technology in low-temperature ethylene storage system.
