Design of Water Environment Management Information System about Xianyang Channel Segment of Wei River

Water environment management information system which is applied in Xianyang channel segment(for short XYWEMIS)is an important part of the comprehensive treatment and planning of Xianyang City's water environment.The aim of this paper is to realize the computer management of water environment monitoring data,to directly display picture of the water environment quality information and to evaluate the quality of water environment.Through these technique means,such as structure design,function design,database design and system realization about XYWEMIS,firstly,it could change the current management mode on water environment of Xianyang channel segment;secondly,it could enhance the comprehensive using rate of water environment monitoring data;finally,it could establish certain foundation about standardization and scientific management of water environment in Xianyang channel segment.
