Metric of Local Networks to Match the Evolutionary Population

To analyze the structure of Bayesian networks to match the evolutionary population, this paper introduces some definitions of the local Bayesian network's metric. For any three vertices of Bayesian networks (that is, some three gene location of chromosome),the paper studies the metric relationship among the network containing an edge, the network containing two edges and the network with no edge. Moreover the efficient approach to study the structure of the population on evolutionary algorithm is put forward.\;
