The paper puts forward a fitting equation of circle curve according to the characteristics of the digitizing curve.The conditional data processing method with parameters is adopted in the paper to estimate the parameters of the fitting-curve and a strict algorithm is come up with further.The validity and feasibility of the method are proved by an example in detail and the precision of the parameters is assessed.
