13 nursing cases of deep vein thrombolytic therapy for low limbs of eld aged patients

Objective To discuss the nursing main points of deep vein thrombolytic therapy for low limbs of eld aged patients . Methods To observe the swelling, skin temperature, color and pain of limbs for 13 patients one by one with deep vein thrombus of low limbs . Results 11 patients are healed from 7 to 10 days; 1 case is improved; 1 case died of pulmonary embolism on the fourth day. Conclusion The aforesaid attends to the method to treating have important clinical significance of treating deep vein thrombus of low limbs.
