STUDY OF PLC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR FERMENTATION PROCESS

Project designing and process realizing of microorganism fermentation control system are described.The fermentation control system based on PLC is constructed and completed, thus data acquisition and real control of fermentation process is realized.Temperature is processed by digital filtering error±0.2 ℃,oxygen solubility is controlled by agitation of electromoter, and pH value is maintained about 5.5.All of these provide hardware platform for fermentation process modeling and optimal control.
