Nowadays,traditional means are being replaced by electronic means for spot and futures bid-offer transaction system of agricultural product,information issuance,distribution and dispatch;grain information is timely sent to government management departments through network to allow early warning in case of accident happening.Taking the south grain market as background,the paper discussed the operation flow of grain bid-offer transaction electronic commerce system and proposed basic functions that the grain bid-offer transaction software should bear.
