Thinking over the engineering in the management to EPC project

The paper reviews the relation between engineering and EPC project,analyses the feature and requirements of engineering in EPC project and puts forwaed some suggestions relating to engineering in EPC project.It sets forth the conversion from conventional engineering management system to modern international engineering company in order to set up new type of engineering management system adaptive to EPC and fully takes the advantages of engineering in EPC project.
