The Pattern- Based Generation Algorithm in An English- Chinese Machine Translation System

In this paper, a generation algorithm of pattern- basedmachine translation between English and Chinese is presented.And we present a new matching algorithm that is based on theextended DP matching algorithm and semantic similarity calcula-tion in the pattern matching phase. Last, we evaluate the resultsof applying the above algorithm to the English sentences.
