Unification of Network Crime Legislation and Legal Research

In the last ten or twenty years,the network and cyber crimes have formed a new impact on the legal norm,which need to be updated by the theoretical research in time. The premise is to grasp the basic process of the evolution of the network crime and its current situation,to three basic types of cyber crime to legislation directed toward the logical starting point; secondly to scale clearly the based chain of network crime patterns,which have become the new norm,in the specification to explore and create technology full attention to acts of complicity crime,and preparatory acts of implementation. Third,we should see the inevitable result of illegality and crime of network technology is polymerized subject behavior and network platform,as the most important norms to deal with; finally we settled on the bearing public safety,embedding national security problems of network security,coordination of legal protection. Transformation of the legal system of network is the critical path network criminal norms,and legal study highly fit it,looking for new realm of network of criminal law and the law.
