The Systemic Identification of Ultrasonic Measurement on Thickness under the Condition of Occurring Stochastic Movement

A kind of digital systemic identification model was researched with the equipment of ultrasonic emission and receival measuring the diameter and thickness of steel tube under the condition of occurring stochastic vibration of swing and twist.The method to get the thickness information from the echo signal of ultrasonic was presented.How to use the Hillbert transform to acquire the high precision mathematics model of the thickness parameter by using the equipment was discussed.The calculating formula of the thickness parameter was given out.
