On ARP Deceit Attack and Active Defense in Campus Network

First it has analyzed ARP,discussed to the ARP flaw,ARP deceit principle and the idea of solving problem,then pointed out the shortcommings of traditional solution and suggested that using the PPPoE protocol replace ARP to solve the ARP deceit problem.
