Research on WEB-based wervice monitoring for logistics

By analyzing the running rule of web-based logistics service monitoring,a new method based on multi-property service performance evaluation technology and WEB log mining technology art provided.In method,a WEB-based logistics service monitoring data model and its algorithm are proposed to correlate logistics activities and WEB-page link-point.Monitoring information is exported by mining WEB logs.Service performance evaluation of logistics WEB-site is realized with multi-property service performance evaluation algorithm.Comparing traditional logistics service monitoring technology,the method is more efficient in WEB-based real-time monitoring system and can be easily implemented to avoid external disturbance in monitoring process.
