Strategy Study of Enterprise Information Resource Management

The implication of enterprise information resource management (IRM) is described, current conditions of IRM in China are analyzed and some strategies of IRM are advanced. These include such things as the positioning of the chief information officer(CIO), integrating the information resource with information technology, and cultivating the core competence of enterprises with knowledge management.
