Design and Application of Transmission Control System for Paper Machine

Considering the structure and requirements of paper machine,the optical fiber master/slave macro connection was proposed;and basing on error signal size,the advanced PID control algorithm was chosen to control load distribution;and the algorithm of binary tree in data structure was taken to control speed chain structure and to design the Profibus-based paper machine drive control system.The operation proves the stability and reliability of this system.
