Theory and its Application of the Chaos Neural Network in the Runoff Forecast

For the chaos process of the runoff nonlinear dynamics system, the chaos identification,the phase space technology of the runoff reconstruction and the chaos forcast of the runoff is introduced. Based on this, as an example, the daily runoff of Gezhouba reservoir is forecasted, the satisfactory result is acquired.
