Research of the Danger and Defence on Lightning

Based on the analysis of the style,place,time,law and features of lightning,some new complex defence measures against lightning are put forward which are aimed at building,construction site,substation,network and daily life.These new measures is practical,easy and has the features of less input and quick results.
