The RF module design and implementation for W-CDMA/cdma2000/GSM tri-band and tri-mode handset

A novel design of RF module for W-CDMA / cdma2000 / GSM tri-band and tri-mode handset is described. The whole module is integrated on a six-layer PCB with simple system structure, small object size and perfect performance. The testing has been done after 3GPP and 3GPP2 international technology standard and the results are shown separately for W-CDMA, cdma2000 and GSM system at the end of the paper.
