Data Excavation Research Based on the Web

Data excavation based on the Web is a popular research topic that joins the data excavation and WWW together.This paper introduces the characteristics and three kinds of classifications in the study of Web data excavation: the Web contents excavation,the Web construction excavation and the Web use excavation.It summarizes and introduces the common data excavation technique of the Web daily record excavation.
