Traditional fashion of contributing and examining for scientific journals has long time lag and the process is hazy for authors.A system based on Internet carrying out manuscript contributing and examining can not only shorten the contributing-examining periods,but also promote the informatization of scientific journals.This paper analyzes the basic contributing-examining process,raises the feasible methods of system constructing,and discusses the existing problems from developing an application using Coldfusion technology.
