Human Shadow Detection Method Based on Color and Morphological Features

In this paper,a method of human shadow detection was proposed.Possible shadow regions were first detected by color feature in HSV color space.Shadow detection was also performed according to morphological features of human body and shadow.Final shadow regions were obtained by fusing the results of above two detections.The experiment revealed the effectiveness,precision and robustness of this method.
