Based on the introduction of the concept of the 4th party logistics and the background of the practical project application, the framework of decision supporting system in the 4th party logistics is summarized. To its optimization problem, the directed graph model with multi dimension weight is established, and the solving process based on researching method is put forward based on the practical application.
