Application-driven CA Interoperability Technology

Based on the research of CA interoperability, this paper presents a new application-driven CA interoperability technology--digital certificate local authentication technology. This technology can solve CA interoperability problems from the viewpoint of application. And it supplies a gap to existing CA interoperability technologies.
