Along with the development of information technology,the phenomenon sharing the data among each management information system(MIS) is more and more common.For different data forms and norms among each management information system,so it is difficulty to exchange the data,thus has caused the nonconformity of the data among each system.Reason-able use of the database built-in trigger functions,is completely able to solve the synchronization of data between different systems the issue.
