Preliminary Research on Application-centered Semantic Annotation Model of Electric Equipment Standards

This paper constructs a semantic annotation model for electric equipment standards, which is fine-grained, provision-based and application-centered,and demonstrates the model with an electric equipment standards.Annotating and managing electric equipment standards with this model has practical significance in optimizing the management of standards and improving the efficiency and quality of standards application.
