Analysis of Doubtful Points of Gutianxi Dam's Horizontal Displacement

In connection with two doubtful points of Gutianxi dam's horizontal displacement, firstly according to the change of environment the probable reasons are considered, through physical and mechanical methods. Then the analysis of statistical model and compound model are carried out, as well as structural analysis based on thin layer unit FEM, in order to conclude that the dam is working normally. The study provides basis for dam safe operation, and can use as a reference to similar situation.
