Evaluating the Operational Effectiveness of Missile Weapon Systems Based on Positive and Negative Ideal Point

The deficiency in evaluating the operational effectiveness of missile weapon systems is discussed,and the positive and negative ideal point method to evaluate the operational effectiveness of missile weapon systems is put forward.Firstly,the evaluation model is established.Secondly,the method is used to evaluate the operational effectiveness of five abroad type ASM systems and analyze the evaluation result.At last,the conclusion is acquired through analyzing the model and evaluation result.
