Research of Intelligent Public Transportation Guide Service System Based on Web Service

With the development of public transportion,the passenger need reasonable and effective guide service.This paper discusses the disadvantage of current vehicle navigation system,and proposes the structure of intelligent public transportation guide service system based on Web Service.Then,the key technologies of this structure,which include data organization and guide service management on server,are discussed.This structure adapts to the guide data with high-capacity,multi-source and real-time trends.An experimental prototype system has been developed to test the performance of the guide service system,and the experiment al results prove the feasibility and effectively of the system.
