The foundation of compiling primary design budget in thermal power generation engineering is active industry standard,but the foundation of executive budget is enterprise's executive budget compiling rules and correlative enterprise's standard,according to it's characteristic management need.Because compiling executive budget has no unitive industry standard,management model isn't sameness in every thermal power company,thus there exist biggish differences in aspect of compiling,auditing,charge control,construction standard,checking as well as represent form of executive budget.According to author's experience on executive compiling and checking,some ideas are put forward that about background,aim,method,principle and detailed problem treatment method of compiling executive budget,supply reference with compiling executive budget.
