Designing Digital Circuit with Hardware Description Language

The article gave us the PLD design method of an electronic design automatic EDA software(Protel 99). Bying de- signing one spontaneous counter, the paper indicated the general method of using CUPL hardware description language design and simulate, it given some base specially characterists of PLD 99 design.
